As the Director of Leadership Development, Brian provides strategic direction in the development and implementation of comprehensive student-athlete programming and services. His goals of programming and services are focused around lifelong health and wellness, and personal growth and development.

A community-focused, team-builder and leader. 8+ years experience
designing and implementing youth development-focused sports and
physical activity initiatives. Partnered with 30+ community organizations across Washtenaw County to increase access to healthy living for underserved populations. Passionate about the power of educational-athletics to positively impact community through enhancing character and building skills for life. LET’S GO DO!

Fun fact: Fourth child in her family to graduate from the University of
Michigan - first generation!

Aaron joined us as Office Manager in the Michigan Athletic Career Center, working with the career development, leadership development and community engagement teams. She encourages student-athletes to interact with our team to learn about career opportunities and leadership development.
